1. How do I register?
To register yourself to the site, please click on the "New user" link on the homepage below the login and password boxes which will take you to the terms of registration page. If you click on the I Agree button provided there, you will be taken to the registration page where you can enter your details and click on the save button so that your account will be saved.
Otherwise if you click on any of the link provided in the homepage, you can find the New User link on the top left corner and the other procedures are same as above.
 
2. Why Registration is important?
To access the full materials of the site you need to be a registered member of the site. The purpose of registration is to find out the actual users of the site, and how widely the site is being used across the world.
 
3. What is an alternate e-mail address?
In order to complete your registration, you need to enter an alternate email address. We use the alternate email address to send you information regarding your account, updates regarding the site, and a new password if you ever need one sent to you. We have found this to be an effective tool, especially if someone is having problems with their account. Please Note: If you don't enter an alternate email address for your account, you will only be able to receive a new password by providing the Secret Answer to the Challenge Question you entered during registration. If you forget the answer to your Challenge Question and do not have an alternate email address listed on your account, you will not be able to receive a new password.
 
4. How can I view my information from a different computer?
To view your information from a different location or a different computer, log in with the same login and password that you used to create during registration. You don't need to re-register.
 
5. How do I Log out from my account?
You can log out from your account from wherever you are with the log out link provided at the top right corner of each page.

1. What if I forgot my password?
In the homepage itself we have provided the "Forgot password" link under the user login boxes, which will take you to the page where you need to enter your User name and the answer you have given for the hint question during registration and click Submit. We retrieve your password and e-mail it to you.
 
2. Why doesn't my password work?
There are several reasons why you may be getting an "Invalid Password" error message:
  • Set your CAPS LOCK key correctly. Passwords are case sensitive (meaning that "PASSWORD," "PaSsWoRd," and "password" are not equivalent), so be sure to keep this in mind when entering your password.
  • Sign in with the correct Login. Make sure that you are using the correct login ID when signing in to your account.
  • Clear your browser's cache. At times it's necessary to clear your browser's cache. The cache is the memory your browser uses to store content of the web pages that you visit. Storing that content lets your browser load those same pages more quickly the next time you visit them. Hence search the Temporary Internet files and delete the files inside.
If you're still having problems, please request a new password. Once you receive your new password, you can change it.
 
3. How do I change my password or Login?
If you would like to change your password, please do not sign in from the homepage. Instead you click on any one of the links provided in the homepage like 'weblinks' and then click on the 'login' link provided at the top right corner of that page. This will take you to the page where you can find the "I need to update my profile" link and by clicking it you will get the page where you need to supply your present user name and password which will take you to the registration page.
1. Delete the old password in the second box
2. Enter your new password (as you would like it to be) in the same box
3. Confirm your new password in the third box.
4. Click the "Save" button.
Your new password will be saved and you can login next time onwards with the new password.
 
5. How to update my profile?
If you would like to update your profile, please do not sign in from the homepage. Instead you click on any one of the links provided in the homepage like 'weblinks' and then click on the 'login' link provided at the top right corner of that page. This will take you to the page where you can find the "I need to update my profile" link and by clicking it you will be taken to the login page where you need to supply your login ID and password and click enter. This will take you to the registration page. Make changes in the respective boxes you want it to be and click on the save button. Your update will be saved.
 
6. What does "Remember my ID on this computer" mean?
When you sign in using your login and password, your browser can "remember" this information. If you check the "Remember" box, you won't have to sign in each time you come back.
 
7. How do I change my e-mail address?
If you would like to update your profile, please do not sign in from the homepage.
